Our Philosophy

Nature doesn't plant in straight lines.

We design planting schemes that mirror the wild beauty of natural landscapes — inspired by the groundbreaking work of Piet Oudolf and the New Perennial Movement. Every garden we create is a living ecosystem: dynamic, resilient, and breathtaking through every season.

This isn't conventional landscaping. It's a deeply considered approach to horticulture that puts ecology, biodiversity, and long-term beauty at the centre of every decision.

What We Offer

Planting services built around ecology and beauty.

Residential

Prairie-Style Garden Design

Sweeping naturalistic planting schemes for private gardens. Inspired by Piet Oudolf's signature style — ornamental grasses, perennials, and seasonal structure that looks extraordinary year-round.

Commercial

Wildflower Meadow Creation

Transform unused green space into thriving wildflower meadows. Dramatically lower your maintenance costs — meadows need just two cuts a year, compared to constant mowing of conventional grass and shrubs.

Commercial

Commercial Grounds Planting

Ecological planting for businesses, factories, private hospitals, and nursing homes. Improve biodiversity, reduce grounds maintenance spend, and create beautiful spaces that reflect your values.

Consultation

Planting Design Consultation

Expert horticultural advice for those who want to transform their space but need guidance on plant selection, seasonal interest, and ecological impact. Highly trained, deeply knowledgeable.

Where We Work

Naturalistic planting across the South West, Wales, the Cotswolds & London.

The South West

Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire

From the rolling hills of Somerset to the coastal gardens of Devon — the South West's mild climate and varied soils are perfect for naturalistic planting schemes.

Wales

South Wales, Monmouthshire, Brecon Beacons, Pembrokeshire

Wales's rich, damp soils and dramatic landscapes provide an ideal canvas for prairie-style gardens and wildflower meadows that thrive in the Welsh climate.

The Cotswolds

Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, Chipping Norton

The Cotswolds' honey-stone villages deserve gardens that match their beauty. Naturalistic planting brings ecological richness to this quintessentially English landscape.

London

Greater London and surrounding areas

Even in the city, prairie-style planting transforms urban gardens, roof terraces, and commercial grounds into biodiverse, low-maintenance sanctuaries.

Based in the South West. Happy to travel for the right project.

Why Choose Us

A different kind of landscaping.

01

Formally Trained in Horticulture & Design

RHS trained with a garden design qualification from Pershore College. This isn't guesswork — it's planting grounded in deep botanical knowledge and professional design principles.

02

Dramatically Lower Maintenance Costs

Wildflower meadows need mowing just twice a year. Compare that to the constant cutting, trimming, and upkeep of conventional shrubs, hedges, and grass. The savings are significant.

03

Beautiful in Every Season

Our planting schemes are designed for year-round interest. From spring emergence through summer abundance to the structural beauty of winter seedheads — every month has something to offer.

04

Real Ecological Impact

Every scheme we plant increases biodiversity, supports pollinators, and builds healthier soil. This isn't greenwashing — it's genuine, measurable environmental benefit.
